Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field. 6+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Financials or equivalent. 2+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud or equivalent. Strong understanding of financial processes in an IT services and product supply chain environment. Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills across financial systems and integrations. Deep understanding of subledger accounting and financial data flows within Oracle Fusion. Experience with Oracle Cloud integrations and reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart View) or equivalent. Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Experience with FBDI, ADFdi, REST APIs, and HDL. Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies. Exposure to supply chain modules like Order Management, Inventory, and Procurement.

Lead the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion Financials modules: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management, Cost Management, RMCS, Projects, and Tax. Configure and optimize Oracle EPM Cloud modules: Planning and Budgeting (PBCS/EPBCS), Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS), and Account Reconciliation (ARCS) and Enterprise Data Management (EDMCS). Partner with Project and Program Managers to support delivery timelines, prioritize work, and ensure successful execution of financial initiatives. Partner with supply chain and finance teams to align ERP configurations with product lifecycle, inventory, and procurement processes. Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system configurations. Validate accounting outcomes and reconciliation between subledgers, general ledger, and EPM reporting. Own and support integrations between ERP Financials and supply chain systems, including troubleshooting data flow, reconciliation, and processing issues. Own testing strategy and execution (SIT, UAT, regression), ensuring solutions meet business requirements and financial accuracy standards prior to deployment. Provide proactive post-production support, including monitoring system performance, identifying process improvement opportunities, and driving continuous optimization. Ensure integrity of end-to-end financial processes (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report) across ERP and EPM systems. Monitor Oracle Cloud quarterly updates and recommend adoption of relevant features.
