Quality Assurance Engineer
Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled QA Engineer to join our team and support testing efforts across Adobe Workfront and Workfront Fusion. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with basic Workfront and Fusion functionalities, combined with strong QA automation skills using tools like Selenium, Java, and/or Playwright. This role requires a solid understanding of end-to-end QA processes, test planning, test execution, and defect management.

Responsible For
Key Responsibilities
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing for Adobe Workfront and Workfront Fusion workflows, automations, and integrations.
- Validate business processes, custom configurations, Fusion scenarios, and data flows across connected systems.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and system administrators to understand requirements and identify test scenarios.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver, Java, and/or Playwright.
- Execute manual and automated test cases, record results, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Identify, document, and track defects using standard QA tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar).
- Participate in test planning, estimation, and quality reviews.
- Develop and maintain test data, test environments, and test documentation.
- Ensure QA best practices, standards, and processes are followed across the testing lifecycle.
- Basic working knowledge of Adobe Workfront (layouts, workflows, custom forms, reports, requests, access levels).
- Basic working knowledge of Workfront Fusion (scenarios, modules, connections, mapping, scheduling).
- Experience with QA automation using one or more tools:
- Selenium WebDriver
- Java (for automation scripting)
- Playwright (JavaScript/TypeScript preferred)
- Understanding of standard QA methodologies, tools, and processes (SDLC, STLC, defect lifecycle, regression strategy, etc.).
- Working knowledge of API testing tools (e.g., Postman, REST Assured).
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment.
Additional Requirements
- Experience testing enterprise project management or workflow automation platforms.
- Exposure to integration testing and SaaS-to-SaaS data flows.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests.
- ISTQB or similar QA certification.
