Adobe AEM Developer
Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Adobe AEM Engineer to join our digital experience team. In this role, you will assist in building, maintaining, and optimizing web applications and digital experiences using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The ideal candidate is eager to learn enterprise-level content management systems, has a foundational knowledge of web technologies, and is passionate about developing scalable, maintainable, and user-friendly solutions.
The candidate should have strong communication and collaboration skills to work across multiple teams and stakeholders. This role involves gathering and clarifying technical and business requirements, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, and providing regular status updates and progress reports to leadership.

- Strong proficiency in AEM Cloud development, customization, and configuration
- In-depth knowledge of AEM architecture, including Assets, Sling APIs, Sites API, Content Delivery API, GraphQL APIs, Schedulers, OSGi services, and workflows.
- Experience with front-end technologiessuch as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, and React.
- Proven experience in Digital Asset Management (DAM)or a related field, preferably in an enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of DAM principles, practices, and technologies.
- Familiarity with metadata standardsand taxonomy management within DAM systems.
- Hands-on engineer with expertise in developing complex, large-scale enterprise applications.
- Experience in capacity planning, continuous performance improvements, and proactive issue identification.
- Extensive technology and business experiencein architecture design, deployment, systems life cycle management, and infrastructure planning.
- Ability to balance multiple, often conflicting constraintsand make rapid decisions in high-pressure environments.
- Solid foundation in software design, data structures, and algorithms, with strong analytical and debugging skills.
- Experience working on customer-facing productswith a focus on quality and performance.
